Flooring, Cabinetry, Counter tops, Paint Colors, Tile, Lighting and Plumbing Fixture Selections for Kitchens and Baths and New Construction Homes.
I will meet with you at retail locations and supply houses to assist in making your selections for kitchen and bathroom renovations or new construction projects.
Submit specifications to contractor for pricing and purchasing.

Elite Design Package for Comprehensive Design Services from Concept to Completion of Project.

Design development of layout and concept; Elevation and detail drawings as needed.
Sourcing of all items from my quality and trustworthy trade suppliers, product research and sampling, estimates of costs.
Design of custom window treatments.
Project management: procurement and purchasing, on-site trade visits, follow up on orders, arrange deliveries and administration.
Oversee installation of furnishings; styling of accessories.

*Average project costs range from $2,900.00 and up and are based on the size of your space and specified requirements.
